Instructor Bio:

Tiara Jones is the co-founder of Strategic Sight Consulting, a business and technology consulting firm that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs with product and business development. She is passionate about helping high-achieving entrepreneurs bring their business visions to life while creating the foundation they need to develop and grow a scalable business. As an entrepreneur, she understands the challenges involved in building a business from the ground up. She believes that given the right tools and strategies, business owners can create a sustainable business that will have a long-lasting financial impact for them and their families. Before diving into consulting full time, Tiara gained 11 years of corporate experience, including 5 years with a leading nonprofit venture capital firm, offering evaluations for start-up companies and identifying opportunities for how they can improve. Through her down-to-earth partnership approach, she has guided dozens of happy clients through implementing their ideas, positioning their new concept, and executing their vision. Using her personal experience as a business owner, coupled with her analytical background, she brings a fresh perspective to her clients and has the skills to find the “missing pieces of the puzzle.” Tiara earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from George Washington University after completing her Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering at Old Dominion University.
